Remosia Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") has established this Privacy Policy to explain how we handle information collected through LessonTree (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
Information We Collect
The App stores only information that you directly enter, on your device and in iCloud:
- Student profile information such as name, photo, and notes
- Lesson records (date, content, rating, photos)
- Information entered in custom fields
- In-app settings such as notification preferences
No personal information is transmitted to our servers. All data is stored exclusively on your device and in your own iCloud account.
How We Use Your Information
The information collected is used solely for the following purposes:
- Providing App functionality (lesson recording, student management, notifications, etc.)
- Syncing data across your devices via iCloud
- Processing data exports initiated by you
We do not use collected information for advertising, marketing, or any sale to third parties.
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
- iCloud (Apple Inc.)
- Used for data storage and sync. Data stored in your iCloud account is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). We cannot access your iCloud data directly.
- StoreKit / App Store (Apple Inc.)
- Used for processing in-app purchases. All payment transactions are managed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Data Storage and Deletion
Your data is stored on your device's local storage and in iCloud:
- Data on device: Deleted when you uninstall the App
- Data in iCloud: Deleted by removing LessonTree data from iCloud settings, or by deleting your iCloud account
- Individual records: Students and lesson records can be deleted individually from within the App
Because we do not store any data on our servers, you do not need to contact us to request deletion.
Children's Privacy
This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. If we become aware that the App has inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at info@remosia.biz and we will take prompt action.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you through the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
